Reason for Procedure: “My breast implants have “bottomed out” and are uncomfortable.”
Detail: 5’ – 6”, 110lbs, 34C from previous 286cc moderate-plus implants. Athletic 38yr woman, no children, previous augmentation by another surgeon, September 2012. Implants “bottomed out”, fell below the pocket.
Surgery: Implant exchange and pocket repair with SERI ®reinforcement; Allergan 304cc smooth, moderate-plus implants. No recurrent “bottoming out”.
